Just because... I finished replacing everything and adjusting handling files then went for a drive to see the changes. They're all period correct and about as close to the original genericars as I could find.

These are just a few of them, as there were about 180 vehicles replaced between cars, trucks, vans, helis and planes. Didn't do much for the game itself, but driving around Los Santos looks much better now.

I would have gone for regional accuracy, too, (maybe a Wagoneer for the Perennial, for example) but that's just me. I love these quite a bit!!

Yeah, I know what you mean, I actually wanted a 1966 Nova, or 50's wagon for the Perennial, but I couldn't any decent ones, so I went with the Fiat instead. Same for the Starion, Alfa 75 and Saab 900, the cars they replaced were so generic I'd no idea what to even use, so I went with something a bit different for the sake of variety. There's also a Skyline R32 in there for the Elegy and an S13 Silvia for the Bravura, so it's not 100% region correct :p

God I haven't played San Andreas in ages... Back in high school I played it on my desktop all the time. Had a few cars modded, but didn't go ridiculous, or even "period" (just models that I thought looked better than the originals).

Probably best mod I did was the Wii-mote hack. Using a Wii controller to play it on the computer. Little known fact, the Wii controller uses Bluetooth. You can pair it to your computer. There's all sorts of programs out there that allow you to "map" the controller. I actually had a pretty sweet setup, where the controller map would change depending on the mode of travel (foot, car, bike, plane...). Moved around with the joystick on the nun-chuck, looked around with the controller. Worked amazingly well when I got it all set up.

Should you choose to accept this mission, here's a good place to start:

If you did anything other than a Skyline for the Elegy, Rockstar would be obligated to send a hitman after you. Though I suppose that's not as big of a crime as calling the Stallion a Mustang. Those people deserve to be run over by a Cutlass until they figure it out.

I wish, but I never got a Wii. Too expensive back then, then I kinda gave up on consoles because they became even more expensive.

I actually used a Fastback Cuda for the Stallion, otherwise I'd end up with way too many Cutlasses... The Sabre, Clover and Stallion all resemble the Cutlass in some form.

Yeah I have a PS3 now that I don't really play ever, so I know the feel. Call it "spoiled" or whatever, but my parents bought me and my brothers a PS2, xbox 360, and a Wii (didn't get a PS3 until like a year ago). We had a pretty sweet setup.

If you wanna give it a shot without buying the whole system, you can buy just the controller... Amazon has them for $25. They can be found as cheap as like $20 elsewhere. That's just the remote though. Nun-chuck is a whole other like $5. Haha
